Refund policy
Mish & Lor products are all printed to order. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please report it through the link in your Shipment Summary email. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Please note that a refund or reprint is not offered in these cases:
- Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Products that were received as requested; however, a customer wishes to have another size/color instead
- Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
- Items with minor print-placement deviations. There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects
